Suite B (The Cottage) offers our guests the space and comfort of a one-bedroom suite on the second floor (15 steps). Included are queen bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area, bar fridge (no freezer), microwave, toaster, kettle, glasses, dishes and cutlery. There is also a Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar and milk (empty Keurig pods are provided for those that prefer their own coffee brand). Other amenities include on-site parking with Level 1 EV charging, Wi-Fi, AC, TV (with Netflix), iron and ironing board and quality linens and soaps.

A combination door lock and security camera aimed at the main entrance offer added security.

Need to work while on vacation? All three suites have strong, reliable Wi-Fi and a portable laptop desk is available on request.

The 1885 Suites is a comfortable five-minute walk to Picton’s shops, cafes, the Royal Hotel, Merrill House and restaurants. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 25-minute drive and many amazing wineries and craft breweries are only a short distance away. NOTE: Sandbanks requires advance booking for vehicles. Check-in time is 3 pm (the suite may be ready earlier; check with me the morning of your arrival to see if early check-in is available); Check-out time is 11 am.
